Sexual abuse of children
Sexual abuse of children. We all have a particular view of
it. Adults having sex with children. Horrible, shocking, unimaginable,
but it exists. This is no longer in doubt.
The torture of children, in the name of child-pornography,
is something most of us find difficult to come to grips with.
Most of us ordinary people don't 'happen' to come across
these dreadful photos on the Internet. One needs to be pretty
determined to find them.
We - most of us - aren't that determined, because we don't
want anything to do with them. Indeed, no normal person could
derive pleasure from viewing these pictures, but once you
see what goes on, you can't help wanting to try and find out
more.
These are photos we don't want to place on this website, purely
for the fact that people will immediately close the page.
They are simply too gruesome to look at.
However, these children have to live with it, have to experience
what some adults do to them, while we are too afraid to look!!!
More so, we don't want to believe it exists......
These are not just horror stories, these are networks! Often
the neighbourhood is involved also.
Where does the child go with its bruised and battered body?
'Just' go back to school the next day? How would you react
when you see a child like that in class? Well, perhaps you
won't, because they are not sent back to school until they
are 'healed'. This can't happen without the involvement of
one or more persons who know what's happening. The same goes
for 'normal' non-sexual child abuse.
Child pornography is much more than 'just' nude photos of
cute little children or even photos of large penises inside
their tiny bodies, it involves gross torture!!
Justice and Magistrates know about these photos and videos........
the problem lies in getting the burden of proof recognised.
Does your neighbour know the niece of your mother? Do your
colleagues know the girlfriend of your best friend? All are
part of a social network, but not everybody knows everybody.
That's how it works in child pornography networks.
This makes it difficult and complicated to dissolve these
networks, but it is not impossible!
This is our mission: To not turn the other way and
